How to get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

Why tracking status not updating?

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update once the courier scans your package into their system. If you don't see any updates after this window, please contact us for assistance.

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

We recommend checking with family members or neighbors, as well as reviewing any safe drop-off locations around your property. If your package remains missing, contact the courier directly or notify us via email within 48 hours so we can assist you.

Why is my shipment delayed?

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather or high seasonal order volumes.

Can I change delivery address?

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address from our end. You will need to contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request any routing changes.

Can I track International orders?

Yes, the tracking link supports international shipments handled by J&T Express.
